We create a "wedding experience" from the Drexelbrook Wedding Portfolio which features one hour of cocktails, hors d'oeuvres, stations and mingling with our staff as well as our business partners. Our wedding planners, culinary staff and operations team are on-hand to answer questions and explain all the options available to you.
At this exclusive showcase, you and your fiancée are able to taste, touch and experience all of the latest trends and classics in wedding receptions
today. You are presented with many station style culinary options, decor, music, lighting, rental equipment, formalwear, invitations, beauty, photography, video and so on. A DJ plays music you might consider at your wedding reception
and a live trio plays during cocktail hour. We provide raffle prizes for three lucky couples and a chance for everyone to purchase "add-ons" at a special price. Our wedding families have given us great feedback by attending and participating in this one of a kind event.Here is a little background on our culinary philosophy...
Our wedding menus
are designed to provide you and your guests with a high level of quality ingredients assembled by our professional culinary team. All food is prepared in our state of the art kitchen facilities. All hors d'oeuvres are made by hand. Soups and sauces are made on our premises from stocks and reductions. Salad dressings are made one at a time for each event. Executive Chef Wade Harvin, a 16 year member of our team, oversees the quality control of each wedding reception

. However, the printed menu only tells part of the story. Many times, we create cutom menus, based on seasonal and local products available to us. We have taken family recipes and re-created in exact detail "grandma's" gravy, sauce, dessert etc. We also create theme menus, happily accommodate "special requests", and serve the cuisine to you and your guests in a timely manner.
Food safety is very important to us, we invest time and money into training our staff to be HACCP (Hazardous Analysis of the Critical Control Point) certified. This means we take every precaution so you do not have to worry about food safety.
